C&rsquo;est un peu un marronnier des \u00e9tudes anglo-saxonnes : r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, on lit ce genre de news : un chercheur australien ou am\u00e9ricain fournit des chiffres qui attestent que les gens beaux seraient&#8230;mieux pay\u00e9s !<\/p>\n<p>Il y aurait un \u00ab\u00a0beauty privilege\u00a0\u00bb comme on dit en anglais, et bon&#8230; instinctivement, on sent bien que \u00e7a peut \u00eatre le cas, sans qu&rsquo;aucune pseudo \u00e9tude ne vienne nous le prouver. <\/p>\n<p>Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des champions et surtout des championnes de cette cat\u00e9gorie ? Lesly, ex mannequin a succ\u00e8s, qui travaille aujourd&rsquo;hui dans une agence de mannequins, nous ouvre sans fard les portes du monde des tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s belles personnes. Un monde cruel, luxueux, une sorte de Far West du capitalisme mondialis\u00e9. Les mannequins sont r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s pour leur apparence. Mais selon quels crit\u00e8res ? Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui fait qu&rsquo;une Kate Moss vaut plus qu&rsquo;une autre ? Mannequin est-ce un objet, un produit, un savoir-faire, une pratique ? Et comment se fait-il que leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration s&rsquo;\u00e9talent sur une grille qui va de 0 (voire moins vous allez le d\u00e9couvrir) \u00e0 des millions d&rsquo;euros ?
