De fait, et on en a d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 par exemple avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thunepodcast.fr\/index.php\/2023\/11\/09\/comment-les-riches-font-ils-pour-rester-riches\/\">la sociologue Camille Herlin-Giret &#8211; autrice de \u00ab\u00a0Rester riche\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><\/strong>,- l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage a explos\u00e9 ces 50 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, au gr\u00e9 d&rsquo;une l\u00e9gislation qui l&rsquo;exon\u00e8re de plus en plus. Par \u00ab\u00a0explos\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb je veux dire qu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 70, seulement 37% du capital de chacun venait de son h\u00e9ritage. De nos jours, la transmission constitue 60% de nos fameux patrimoines ! Alors bien s\u00fbr, cela renforce les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s &#8211; ce d&rsquo;autant que 87% des h\u00e9ritages sont de moins de 100 000 euros et qu&rsquo;au-dessus&#8230;les chiffres s&rsquo;envolent.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9a, vous allez l&rsquo;entendre, fait partie de cette portion de super privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s puisqu&rsquo;elle est h\u00e9riti\u00e8re d&rsquo;un patrimoine de plusieurs millions d&rsquo;euros. Et encore, elle n&rsquo;est pas parmi les plus riches des plus riches puisqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit non pas d&rsquo;actifs fluides, de placements ou de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, mais de biens immobiliers, ceux-l\u00e0 m\u00eames qui tombent sous le coup de la taxation de l&rsquo;IFI (impot sur la fortune immobili\u00e8re) qui a remplac\u00e9 l&rsquo;ISF (impot sur les grandes fortunes). Les vrais ultra-riches, eux, parviennent \u00e0 \u00e9chapper \u00e0 cette fiscalit\u00e9. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas de \u00e7a dont se plaint Andr\u00e9a. Non, ce qui m&rsquo;a int\u00e9ress\u00e9e dans son t\u00e9moignage, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle nous confie des sentiments qui sont sans doute fr\u00e9quents mais impossible \u00e0 assumer. Elle est riche, oui, mais au-del\u00e0 des chiffres, au-del\u00e0 des millions, l&rsquo;histoire de cette richesse l&#8217;emprisonne. Etre h\u00e9ritier.e, est-ce que ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours un peu honteux ? Comment se r\u00e9aliser personnellement lorsque l&rsquo;on est tenu.e de s&rsquo;inscrire dans une destin\u00e9e financi\u00e8re que l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;a pas choisie ? L&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage n&rsquo;est pas seulement source de disparit\u00e9s qui se perp\u00e9tuent, il serait \u00e9galement probl\u00e9matique dans les rapports familiaux et les enjeux psychologiques qu&rsquo;il engendre. A m\u00e9diter ?
